VIRTUAL MEETING OF MONGOLIAN TEAM ON 4 OCTOBER 2021

The Mongolian partners of the URGENT project have been organized the virtual meeting on how to revise/develop e-courses on 4th October 2021 between 4 pm and 5:30 pm.

THE FIRST FACE-TO-FACE MEETING IN MONGOLIA ON 9 SEPTEMBER 2021

As a national coordinator of the URGENT project, I organized the face-to-face meeting at the university. This was the first face-to-face meeting since the project launched. All partners participated and Prof Bayarkhuu, KHU attended online. I explained all processes to prepare reports and they asked me many questions. Also, we created an FB chat group to easily communicate accelerate the project activity.

THE ONLINE INCEPTION SEMINAR IN MONGOLIA ON 23 APRIL 2021

The inception seminar of the URGENT project has been virtually organized on 23 April 2021. In total, 28 participants from 5 organizations joined the seminar, and 12 presentations were introduced. Several important topics, including the national management issue, course accreditation process, e-learning platform, e-course development, e-science, the partners' experience, and input to the project output have been discussed and agreed on several ways of efficient collaboration to the successful implementation of the project. Most importantly, courses that will develop by Mongolian higher education institutes, will not overlap, all courses will be shared between partners to increase the impact of the project, and also to develop some open courses to enhance the number of audiences. Entirely, this online seminar was very important and efficient to the successful implementation of the URGENT project.

EUROPEAN UNION-FUNDED CBHE ERAMUS+ PROJECTS IN MONGOLIA 2021 ON 19 MARCH 2021

The European Union-funded CBHE ERAMUS+ projects in Mongolia 2021 has been virtually organized on 19 March 2021. Mr. Traian HRISTEA, Ambassador, Head of European Union delegation in Mongolia, and Mrs. Giordana BRUNO, Project Adviser, Education Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, European Commission, and Mr. Enkh-Amgalan L., Minister of Education and Science were made the opening remarks. All nine CBHE projects, including the URGENT in Mongolia, have been introduced their projects. During the meeting, several issues such as COVID risk mitigation, VAT, and accreditation of the study programs within the project period were discussed.
